IAL is an independent coal testing laboratory, internationally accredited (via NATA) to ISO/IEC 17025 for sampling (preparation) and analysis of coals and coke to AS, BS, ISO and ASTM methods.

IAL can handle all coal sampling and analysis requirements, from on-site sampling of washplants, to superintendence and weight/quality certification of cargoes for the export market.

IAL is currently serving the Bowen and Surat basin coalfields with laboratories in Gladstone and Dalby. We offer expertise for a broad range of sampling and analytical requirements.
